Kappl and See are located in the Landeck district in western Tyrol. The A12 motorway is only a few minutes from both villages. If you are travelling by train, Landeck-Zams is the nearest railway station. From there, a public bus continues into the Paznaun valley. See is the first village in the valley, with Kappl a few kilometres further on.
The Paznaun valley is easy to explore even without a car. Bus 260 connects Landeck-Zams railway station with See, Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür and runs approximately every 30 minutes during the day. Seasonal ski and summer buses complement the service, providing convenient connections to cable cars, hiking trails and attractions.
