Over the coming days, high-pressure conditions will prevail across the Alps. Weak Atlantic troughs will repeatedly brush past us only very marginally, causing at most slightly changeable weather conditions from time to time. Saturday promises glorious sunshine against a partly cloudless sky. At most, a few harmless clouds will appear as the day progresses. Sunday will also start off very sunny. During the day, however, thin, high-altitude clouds will increasingly mix with the sunshine. Temperatures will rise over the course of the weekend to late-summer warmth. Monday begins with some residual cloud cover from the night, but the sun will quickly return to the sky as the day progresses. Tuesday will once again bring unclouded sunshine against a deep blue sky. The late-summer warmth will remain with us. By the middle of the week, a cold front with a slightly greater impact on the weather will reach us, bringing a few rain showers and a slight drop in temperature.
