The winter season in Kappl & See starts in mid-December and, depending on snow conditions, continues until April. Throughout the season, 20 state-of-the-art lifts and cable cars take winter sports enthusiasts up to the slopes of the Kappl & See ski area each day. That leaves plenty of time for first turns, sunny ski days and shared moments in the snow.

The two ski areas in numbers
In Kappl, there are 45.5 kilometres of slopes and 22 runs reaching up to 2,700 metres above sea level. Skiers can choose from a varied mix of 5 black, 12 red and 5 blue slopes. Located on the sunny side of the Paznaun valley, Kappl is ideal for spring skiing and freeriding.
See adds another 42.5 kilometres of slopes reaching up to 2,500 metres above sea level. Its wide slopes include 9.5 kilometres of blue, 25 kilometres of red and 8 kilometres of black runs. With mostly easy to intermediate terrain, See is ideal for relaxed carving.
What both ski areas have in common: excellent infrastructure with 20 modern lifts and cable cars. This also makes it easy to enjoy the sunshine in Kappl in the morning and head over to See in the afternoon, when its reliable snow conditions can be particularly good.
And another bonus: Snowboarders are well catered for in Kappl & See too. With relatively few flat sections, getting around the ski area is pleasantly effortless on a board.
